I have set up my form on my shopify website and everything is more or less working
This thing is:
I dont want to use jotform for viewing the emails I just want them to go to my email client which has an email address of email@example.com
I have gone into my conditions wizzard and set if email is filled then send enquiry to enquiry@LifeStrengthUK.com
Is this correct because the emails seem to be falling into catchall and going to enquiries@LifeStrengthUK.com

I inspected your form and found that your notification e-mail is configured correctly. Notifications should be sent to enquiry@LifeStrengthUK.com. I checked our mail server logs and this is the only message I found.
It could be possible that the redirection worked the same for e-mails, that is why you are receiving the notifications on your catch-all address. Or you might have a email forwarding filter set up.
If it's of any help, I have sent an e-mail to enquiry@LifeStrengthUK.com using my own personal e-mail. Let me know in which inbox you receive that message. Thanks!
