I reached my max on my free account so I upgraded to a premium account. However, my form is still disabled. What do I do?Page URL:

There must have been a slight delay on the upgrade.
But I can see your subscription account erinpavek already upgraded to PREMIUM.
You can check this in your JotForm Profile page also (click on this shortcut URL )
And your account and form are not disabled.
Please inform us if there are still problem.
