My upgrade isn't working

    I reached my max on my free account so I upgraded to a premium account. However, my form is still disabled. What do I do?

    Hi Erin,

    There must have been a slight delay on the upgrade.

    But I can see your subscription account erinpavek  already upgraded to PREMIUM.

    You can check this in your JotForm Profile page also (click on this shortcut URL

    And your account and form are not disabled.


    Please inform us if there are still problem.
