How can I create a dynamic checklist based on responses to questions on my form?Asked by bjenkins88 on June 28, 2014 at 01:32 PM
I would like to create a checklist (like a "to do list") based on the answers to the questions on my form. I would like users to be able to return to the checklist from time to time and check off the items that they have completed. So, it is really like a shared "to do list". Can you assist?
How about using the Checklist Widget as the checklist for the "shared-to-do-list" on the form.
You can make the form user go back to the form checklist BEFORE they finalize and submit the form by enabling the Autofill and Continue later feature of the form

Here is a test form you can try http://www.jotform.me/form/41786284103455
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
