How can I create a dynamic checklist based on responses to questions on my form?

    I would like to create a checklist (like a "to do list") based on the answers to the questions on my form. I would like users to be able to return to the checklist from time to time and check off the items that they have completed. So, it is really like a shared "to do list". Can you assist?

    Hi,

    How about using the Checklist Widget as the checklist for the "shared-to-do-list" on the form.

    You can make the form user go back to the form checklist BEFORE they finalize and submit the form by enabling the Autofill and Continue later feature of the form
