Important - username change question

    Hello,

    I requested a username change on 8/18 and just wondered when it may be complete.  It's important that I get it completed soon and just wondered if I might get an expected date/time of completion. (I'm sorry...I am not asking you to rush...I just would like to have an estimated time of completion.  I know that you must be very busy).

    Our current name is ColorMeSocial and we requested that the name be changed to BoydPlasticSurgery.

    Thanks for followin up. Your account should now be changed to BoydPlasticSurgery. Kindly logout and log back in to your JotForm account using this new username and let us know hwo it goes.
