Lost form?

    Hi there,

    I was interested by your service so came to your website and was excited to be able to very easily create the form I needed via the automatic form creator that popped up.  I have since successfully integrated this into my website. Thank you!

    However, having done this, I thought I should do the free sign up to create an account incase this was just a temporary trial form or something, and hoped this would then ensure this form continues to work into the future (http://form.jotform.co/form/41790824298869).  However, upon signing up I now can't see this form under 'my forms'. Do you know where it has gone? Can I add it to 'My Forms' somehow? And can I just check that this form will continue to work and doesn't expire or anything?

    Hello Jenny,

    Upon checking you form #41790824298869, I found that its already there in your account. Please check the screenshot below:

    If you still don't see your form in your account, please clear your browser cache and then sign in again to your JotForm account. That should solve your problem. The following guide should help you in clearing your browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
