I upgraded to premium

    But only want to pay for it for one month because I found out my university hosts a jotform server as well. I needed to pay for the upgrade to a free account where my form was hosted for reasons of impending timelines (no time to recreate form before deadline).

     

    If I downgrade now, will I still keep the services I paid for the entire month? I just want to avoid being "auto-charged" for the next month. Thanks!

    Hello ucunivhonors,

    Yes even if you cancel your subscription, your account will stay premium for the time you have already paid. Upon checking your account, I found that you have upgraded it today. If you cancel your subscription today, your account will downgraded to free only on July 28, 2014.
