    My form is saying it's 'over quota' even though it isn't

    I created a form for my wedding guests to RSVP (http://form.jotformeu.com/form/41152323463344) and embedded it in Blogger. I understand I can have 100 free submissions a month to this form, and so far I've only had 22 in its whole existence. However, one of my guests let me know that when she tried to use the form she was unable to do so as it said it was 'over quota'. I'm not sure what is going on as I just tested the form to send a fake response and it worked fine - can you explain this? Obviously, I need it to work consistently so my guests can reply and would be grateful for your assistance. Thank you, Laura

    Hello Laura,

    Upon checking your account I did not find any issue with it. You have only received 1 submission in this entire month.

    I did test your form and I was able to submit your form successfully. I did not get any "Over Quota" error. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Hi Ashwin, thanks for testing this. I just received a successful response from a guest so obviously the form is working now. I'll let you know if it happens again. Thanks, Laura

    Hi Seb and Laura,

    We're really sorry, we can no longer make it to your wedding. I have to have an operation in September, but I don't know when exactly. Even if I have had the op by your wedding date, it is likely I will still be recovering. I also need someone to look after me after the op (this is where Rob steps in). So, with regrets, we will have to decline your kind invitation. We hope you have a magical day that you'll cherish for the rest of your lives together. Looking forward to seeing the wedding photos already!
