I removed the Secure form from my website and have replaced them with standard forms but still over quota and all my forms are disabled.

Can you please enable my forms? I didn't realize that there was a limit of 10 secure submissions per month. I didn't need the forms to be submitted securely and am no longer using them secure.

    Hi,

For this time only, I have notched down your SSL submission count to 8 only and reactivated your account/username AdvantageAsphalt.

The reason your forms and account were already disabled even when you changed to regular URL embed of the forms, was because your account had reached the Overlimit status already -- thus, it becomes disabled.

Make sure not to use SSL or secure URL for any of your forms to avoid accumulation in the SSl submissions. Or, you can also upgrade to next higher plan (which is very affordable ) to have higher limits.

You can review the available plans in the JotForm's Pricing page.

Just to let you know also, your SSL counter and other limits will auto reset to zero(0) on the 1st day of the coming Month. This part of the subscription's feature.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!
