On my webpage - http://18.104.22.168/~romanc19/prices-packages/birthday/
sometimes the form when submitted clicks thru to Paypal as it should be but doesn't email me the info to my email: email@example.com
Sometimes the form info does get sent to me but doesn't direct to Paypal. Everything seems to be set up accordingly.
Can you help with this?

Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have not selected the "Sender Name" yet. Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that if you do not select the "Sender Name", the receiving email server will most likely mark the email as spam or simply reject it. That may be reason why you are not receiving your submission emails. Please select a "Sender Name" in your notification email alert and that should solve your problem.
On a separate note: None of your questions are marked as required. If your users does not select any product / package, they will not be redirected to the PayPal checkout page. You should actually mark few of your form fields required. You can make any question as required / mandatory from the toolbar after selecting your form fields. Please check your screenshot below:
