Your subscription is paid using Paypal Direct. When you cancel from the billing section, our system will send a request to our billing department telling that you want to downgrade. We have to manually do it to our end. However, you can also do that in your Paypal Account Dashboard. Please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you made to us
3. Click on your subscription number (S-99M22493WE7931542)
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
We have to confirmed if you've have successfully cancelled the subscription. Otherwise, we have to send another request to our billing department.

Oops! It seems that our billing department have taken care of your request. Your subscription is already cancelled. You will not be billed again.
