Image field not working

    Our form allows for submission of 3 images, with the first image submission form being required.

    Recently, when we receive the email of the form, the second image submissions are not included, even though they can be included when submitting the form with no problems. Images submitted via the 1st and 3rd image submission boxes work just fine.

    Any idea what might be going on and how best to fix it?

    Hi saintsabrinas

    Change the tag for Image 2 in your email alerts from {image2} to {image216} and Image 2 will show up in the email alerts (see this screenshot).

    Incidentally, regardless of the email alerts, all of the images submitted are available on the submissions page of the form: While on your My Forms page, click the Submissions button.

    Hi again

    Although off topic, there's an issue with your autoresponder about which you should be aware: It's being identified as junk mail by Hotmail.com. That means that anyone using your form who enters a Hotmail address (and probably many other email providers) in the Your email address field will not see the autoresponse unless they check their junk folder. To correct this issue, change the address in the Sender E-mail field of the autoresponder to noreply@jotform.com. (You can always include a note in the autoresponder informing the user of your email address and not to reply directly to the message by hitting the Reply button.)

    Thanks for the all information. Made the change and the images started showing up again. Also changed the email reply address. Thank you for the heads up on that.
