Unable to Downgrade

    I've been trying for a couple of weeks to downgrade to the basic package, but there is no option to do so (I only see the option to upgrade). I do not currently need the package I have anymore and cannot find a way to downgrade. How can I do this?

    Hello,

    We apologize for your inconvenience. 

    Since you have paid your JotForm subscription via our payment gateway, Plimus.  The way to unsubscribe is to login with your Plimus username and password at the Plimus website.  Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original Plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    But you no longer have to do this as I have already canceled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled for downgrade on August 23, 2011.

    If in any case you will need to use our paid services again, feel free to resubscribe anytime.
