my account was disabled and I changed my forms from SSL to normal, because i clicked by mistake the secure form box on 1 form but the form stayed SECURE even after the switch!
I use a https conection on ALL pages, so I guess your system catches this as a "secure form"
I want the data of my forms, I`ve been using jotform for years and today everything is gone!
English isn`t my first language so sorry fore any bad spelling

my account its gonna be disabled again, today I received this email:
" You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Wednesday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month. "
and you enabled old forms that I have deleted years ago.
Where can I change ALL my forms to NORMAL, I don`t find anywhere a NOT SECURE option when the codes has - http:- in it
I always use on my computer https: connections.
I dont want to upgrade because in the forum I find a lot messages that turn me down, and its too expensive because of my country exchange rates.
it`s there a permanent solution for this or I just forget to keep using jotform??
I been using your site for years with good results until now :(

Do you have your forms embedded somewhere or are you using them as standalone forms? If they are embedded, let us know the URL so we can advise you on how to not incure secure submissions.
We'll be waiting for your response. Thanks!

Your Facebook embedded form is ok. However, I couldn't find the form in your other websites. Can you please give us the exact URL of the page containing your form?

I restarted your SSL counter. Your forms should be active now.
It would also be good if you can check again your web pages to ensure that all submissions are going thru the regular HTTP port.
