I received an email stating that we are near/reached our 100 free submissions but we pay $9.95 per month for this account. Can you please advise on our account status so that we do not experience any interruptions with the service.

Apparently, your original subscription that was made to our payment processor - Plimus was cancelled then the system downgraded your account to the Free plan. The Payment that you've through FastSpring has been overridden by this. I've fixed this. Your account is now subscribed back the Premium Monthly Plan. Please kindly check again.

By the way, I have cancelled your record to Plimus since your new payment was made to our payment processor - FastSpring, this is to avoid further issues to your account.
