Your Forms are disabled now....

Can someone please explain to me why my forms are disabled?  What limit did I reach?  As far as I understand it, I can get 100 submissions per month and I have gotten 35.

I would have added a screenshot, but my form is no longer in my page.  We are in the process of receiving online registrations this week, our last week before our summer camp, and now the form is shut down?

I sent an email a week ago, and have gotten no response from anyone regarding this issue and now my form is shut down.

    Please help...

    Hi,

Your forms are disabled because you've reached your SSL or Secure Submissions limit. Free Account is limited to 10 SSL submissions per month only. If you want to take advantage of the 100 submissions per month, please use our non-Secure URL instead.

I checked the location of the form here: http://www.wkbasketball.com.usrfiles.com/html/2830b2_962efda1e604c23d935f13a82c5f0523.html and it's using our non-Secure URL. It could be that the other forms you have are using the secure/SSL URL. Anyway you could share to us the location of the forms? We will help you to check.

    Thanks

I have granted you a one time SSL reset. As suggested, please be sure to use the non-secure URL if you want to take advantage of our 100 free submissions per month.

    Thanks

Strange thing....this is the html currently on one of the forms:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/40968290658165"></script>

and here is the html for another other form:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/41355321868154"></script>

and here is for the last form:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/40438245251146"></script>

None of them have the Secure Form marked now.  However, one of the forms, did, but I changed the HTML and checked off "secure form" sometime last week.

Could this have hurt me regardless of whether I had checked that off or not?

    Here are the URL's

    http://www.wkbasketball.com/#!hoops-schoo-registration/c1pub

Let me know your thoughts and thank you for resetting SSL

One other question regarding my forms.

Once in a while, the bottom part of my form will disappear and I will have to go back to editing it, save and that bottom part works just fine after.  This happens once a week.  Any thoughts?

I haven't checked Wix updates lately so I think will do later today. Wix may have updated this policy and forced non-secure external contents to used secure URL's. Will monitor your account after this.
