When it will reset?

Hello,

In this month I paid to receive 1000 submissions.

But 1 guy use a bot and send me a lot of submissions, now I put a captcha to resolve this.
But now my account has currently reached the limits.

I want to know, when It will reset?

and you can delete all (about 1000) submissions of the same ip ?

I cannot delete your submissions but as you seem to have found a remedy for the excessive submissions I went ahead and reset your monthly limits.  We can only do this once per account, so please keep in mind that if this should happen again, there is nothing we can do to help, other than recommend an upgrade.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.
