Embeding a Survey into a jotform

Hi there, 
My name is Jennifer DeStefano Duran and I am in need of a form that also allows users to complete a survey through Survey Monkey when registering for our program. I need the analytics of Survey Monkey (our survey is housed there and I cannot move it), therefore I cannot recreate it via jotform and ask the questions via the online form. Is it possible to do this? Wufoo has this capability since they are in partnership with Survey Monkey, but since all of my other forms are housed in Jotform, I'm hoping to keep it streamlined.

Hi,

There is not currently a way to copy a survey monkey survey to jotform or a predefined integration on our end.  Therefore there is also not an easy way to use Survey Monkey's analytics with a Jotform.  The only thing I can recommend, unfortunately, would be to create your form using Jotform and integrate with google analytics.  Other than that, admittedly Wufoo's partnership with Survey Monkey limits our ability to integrate.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with and we will be happy to assist.
