how do i get my form to come through the same way in email as it displays on the web?

    I currently have a customer html form and when my customer gets the form notice in there emails it only has "question" and "answer." how do i get my form that i created to display the same way when they received the form via email?

    any answers would be greatly appreciated as i am new to using jotform.

    Hello David,

    Have you copied the fields from somewhere and then pasted it in a "Text" field?

    I did check your form and found that you have added input fields inside the "Text" fields. Please be noted that you need to add the form fields from the "Form Tools" tab of the form builder. What you have done currently, it will not capture/save any input data. Please check the screenshot below:

    You will have to redo your form again by adding fields from the "Form Tools" tab. If the fields are not added from the builder, it will not have the naming convention as required and our server will not be able to capture the data.
