Problems with my jotform on my website.

Asked by SGillings on August 23, 2011 at 12:18 AM

Have had my website running since April this year without any issues and even did a few dummy test on the forms and all was fine.  But, lately (and only because I was informed by a customer that I was aware).  When one goes on my form and try to fill in the form 'Have you stayed with Hip Hound Holidays previously?' and says YES - they should then go to a next page with some questions and then the NEXT button, and then finally to the submit.  They do go to another page, but there is no NEXT button to press, so they cant go further.  I have checked the conditions and its as I have set it up, which should have the NEXT button but its not there.

Also any forms that get submitted stays on the jotform site and does not come to me as it did previously.

I had checked with my web designers and they have not made any changes to the site - so are you able to help me please.

    Hi Sophia,

Thank you for your message. I checked your form using the standalone JotForm URL http://www.jotform.com/form/10953108052 (not the one in your website) and had the same result - the Next/Back button did not show up in the second page after answering Yes. This means that there is a design flaw in your form and ask the one who created the form or your web designer to check if the conditions are configured properly. I believe the best way to isolate this issue is to delete all conditions and recreate it again.

With regards to the email notifications, I have tested your notification using a Yahoo Mail account and I was able to receive the email.

Could you please try a different email address as the destination email of your notifications? Perhaps a Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo Mail account. If it works using this email, the issue is most likely with your email service provider. You must contact your ISP or system administrator (person or group administering your email system) regarding this issue so that they can investige on their end. They may need to add jotform.com domain to their white list.

You may also find this link helpful: http://www.jotform.com/faq/#7. Make sure that the email notification is not being redirected to your junk or spam mail folder.

If the issue still persists, please let us know so that we can investigate further. We apologize for any inconvenience.
