    Conditional Autoresponder email

Asked by Mrkay on July 01, 2014 at 10:49 AM

Is it possible to set a rule which Autoresponder email is sent to a customer based on input field data.

    For example; two Autoresponder emails.

    Two cities:

If a customer types in Manchester I would like them to be sent the Autoresponder email with the Manchester office details.

If the customer selects London; I would like them to receive the Autoresponder email with the London office details.

I assumed this would be a simple IF command but I can't seem to find it.

    Thanks

    Hello Mrkay,

You can send different autoresponse emails to your users based on their selections/answers on the form.

Here is the related user guide:

How to send to a specific email address based on a selection

    Hi there,

I'm sorry I don't think I clarified here. This option only allows you to send an email to a designated email address.

I need the the Auto Responder email to be sent to person who submitted the form. The TO address would be the data in the Form Field entry

    Field Details

    ID: #input_1
    Name: {emailAddress1}

    This is the form:

    http://artificial-grass-installers.com/artificial-grass-install-quote/

    Can you assist further?

    Thanks

Thank you for the clarification. So if in the Town field the person types Manchester the user will receive a different auto-responder than if he types London.

If this is the case you need to create 2 different auto-responders and you can name them accordingly.

Then you can set up a condition to send an email after submission:

You can check and clone the test form:
