Stopped receiving email notificationsAsked by cdavilajr on July 01, 2014 at 11:30 AM
We suddenly stopped receiving email notifications for the above form. I have checked all spam filters and email server logs. It's supposed to send to the email address of "firstname.lastname@example.org"
I do not have SMTP Authentication turned on for this email address.
Thanks for any info you can provide me!
email notifications email JotForm checked www
Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have set "email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com" as the "Recipient Email" address. It is not sending submission emails to "firstname.lastname@example.org" email address. Please check the screenshot below:
I did check our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent to all the email address you have added. Please check the logs below:
/var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[01/Jul/2014:12:02:10 -0400] 22326578413151 AmazonSES Sent email to email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com - MessageID:00000146f2a9733f-68c65c30-c358-4e3e-86c9-94105716ff98-000000 - RequestId:0e9f44fc-0139-11e4-ac47-3be5145d6698
I would suggest you to add the email address "firstname.lastname@example.org" in the "Recipient Email" address of your email alert and then test your form.
Do get back to us if you have any trouble.
