What does it mean that my form is "over quota?" I have paid for 1000 submissions per month, and only received 30 before the form went "over quota." This is a major problem for my business and I don't know how to fix it when there isn't even a customer service number I can call. Please address my question ASAP.

Hello NWPC,
Upon checking your account, I found that you only have a free account.
Please be noted that free accounts can only receive up to 100 submission and also has a upload space allocation of 100 MB. Your account is over quota because you have used 105.08 MB of upload space. I would suggest you to please delete some submission records which has file attachment. Deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file and will free up the upload space.
I did check our records but could not find any recent payment details. Please send us the order # of the subscription payment you have made. You must have received it in email. We will take a look why your account was not upgraded.
For now I have activated your account. Please ensure that you delete few submission records which has file attachments.

We upgraded our account on 6/25/14. Our order ID is: INT140625-2280-32989
Since we paid to upgrade, I would not like to have to delete old submissions. Is this possible?

Also, it still says that our form is over quota when you go to the link. Please help!

It appears you may have upgraded the wrong account:

If you could please move the forms over to the NWPC account, that would be great. The account owner of "bettinamiriam" no longer works with our organization, so I am managing the NWPC account using the form she created and shared with me.

I went ahead an moved your forms. You should now be able to use them from your upgraded NWPC account. If you click your link you will also see the form is no longer over its' limits. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.
