Hi thanks for getting back
I have tried this over and over an get no email to that email address
Was launching the form today

Have you checked on your spam folder? Please contact with your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.
After white-listing, try resetting your password. Let us know what happens.
