    Hi,

I have an active questionnarie that is with problems.

The respondents are not accessing it and the name and email are not going to the next form.

    Please, help me.

    Bests,

    Paula

How many people can answer the form simultaneously?

    Hi,

There are no limits to the amount of people who can use your form at the same time.  I cloned your form to test it and everything appears to be working.  When I submit your form I am taken to the thank you page.  The thank you page is only setup to display a thank you message.  To have your form redirect to another page, you would need to alter the source code or your form in order to have the redirect go somewhere else.  This is a bit more technical of an undertaking, but here is our guide on how to get the source code:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

    Hi,

In fact, the form has two forms, because I implemmented the solution: http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

I tested the questionnarie several times before I send the link to the respondents! We already sended it to 130 people and we are going to send the form to almost 100 thousand people this week!

After to click in the link of the thank you page, the next form should have this information already upload. Besides, even if I tipe this information again, the main form does not open.

Please, try to use my link.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

The method of saving forms to continue later only works with one form.  The form in the example is one form broken up in parts.  You continue to fill out the the same form, not a different one.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms

What you are trying to do is have one form redirect you to another form.  As I stated, this is not possible without custom code in your website.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

    Hi,

    No, the article says:

    1. Create a form to get name and e-mail. [...]

    2. Create another form that they will be redirected to.

I made this form with the support of jotform. See http://www.jotform.com/answers/387062-Need-help-with-save-and-continue-later-method

I do not understand why the form is not operating right.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

When it says, "create another form" notice the second form is merely under a page break from the "first" form.  The multiple forms are just one form broken down into pages.  You would need to have both of your forms within one form, separated by a page break in order to what you require without the method I explained before.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

But my form is similar to the demo: http://form.jotform.co/form/32927314628862

Anyway, what I have to do to correct my form?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

As I stated in the previous post, you would need to add your second form to the bottom of you first form, separated by a page break.  You would need to recreate the second one at the bottom of the first one as there is no way to copy and paste pieces of forms.  After you do that, follow the guide here:

    http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

Instead of having two forms, you will have on separated by a page break.  The user will only be able to save the first part and continue on to the next part.  It will act sort of like two forms but in actuality, it will be only one.

Is this a new feature of the jotform?

I have made a test before send the final form to the respondents. I have the data base of the test with me.

Can I keep my 2 forms? In this way I can see how many days the respondent take to answer the form.

    Hi,

I illustrated the problems here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3MUzVnHHI7WRW81MGdIMUtWS3M/edit?usp=sharing

Please, see this document. I believe it will help us.

Thank you very much for your patience.

    Hello paulark,

It seems you have created multiple thread for the same question. I have already responded to you on the following thread:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/387062-Need-help-with-save-and-continue-later-method#13

There seems to be some technical glitch if you use the "Language" option along with the "Save Form and Continue Later" feature. I have already created a bug report and sent it to our back end team.

    Thank you!
