I'm sorry, I should have given an example form so you can see what I'm talking about. On this form, the 1125 number is just a number, whereas the 125 above it is $125.00 USD. I want people to be able to see that it's $1,125.00 USD. It adds correctly to the cart and totals, but it doesn't look like a dollar amount. See example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41815559241961
This is a re-post of a comment on PayPal Forms

I was able to see what you meant in your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41815559241961
I was able to determine the caused. And it was when the price/amount of the item is in the thousands(4-digits).
It must be a fresh bug. Unfortunately, I am not able to find a suitable workaround except manually adding the currency sign in the item description so that it at least show as currency in the live form.
I will submit a bug ticket report to our developer so that it can check immediately.
We will inform you as soon as we have update.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
