Form will not submit

    Hi,

    My form will not submit, hangs with please wait on submit button...

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about the form not submitting. I made a clone of the form, and submitted it just fine. I tried it on your site as well, and it seems to work there too:

    It's possible that some of the required fields aren't being filled out, but since the form is so long the user doesn't realize they haven't completed the form. If that's the case, here's a link on how to set up multi- page forms:

    It makes forms more usable in either case.

    If that still doesn't resolve the issue, try clearing your cache and try again.
