How to add "Terms and Conditions" before form fill?

Asked by lovewinx on July 02, 2014 at 04:51 AM

Is there a way on Jot forms to add a popup overlay that prevents the person from filling out a form until they read "Terms and Conditions" or other content? I want to create a registration form for my website but prevent it being filled out until Terms are agreed to. Let me know if this is possible. Thanks.

fill and registration form create content thanks

Use this terms and conditions widget http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/terms__conditions to create a pop-up terms and create a condition that shows the entire form fields once the terms and conditions field is checked or filled. Though, the downside here is that you can't really force the user to read the terms, that depends on their will.

    Example:

    Hope this helps!
