I best not have been charged for this. Last month you took money and cancelled by subscription claiming not to have been paid even though i sent you a bank statement.
Now this month your trying your games again.
I only want a free service from you stop trying to take money your not entitled too

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Upon checking your account, I found that you do have an active premium monthly subscription. The most recent subscription payment was made today with order #INT140702-9275-25753B.
I have cancelled this subscription and you will not be billed again. I have also processed the refund for above mentioned order number and your account is now downgraded to free plan.
Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
