When I type URL in ipad form is not available

    What do I have to do to make my Spray Records form available online?

    Hi,

    Did you meant the form was embedded on a website? Can you share to us the URL of your website where we can test the form?

    You can just use your ipad browser to view the form. Try using this direct URL of your form http://www.jotform.us/form/41805888748169   in your ipad browser.

    The form should be view able.
