Ive set up a form on my website: http://eighteenrabbit.co.uk/pages/enter-and-win but it's saying form over quota when people enter. I've only had 21 submissions so not sure why this is? Ive now upgraded to the 9.99 plan, and re-embeded the form but am getting the same error message. Can you help?

Upon checking, I found that you have multiple guest account. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign up / sign in to your account and start building forms. I would suggest you to sign up for a free account using your email address "email@example.com" and all your forms will automatically move to your new account. Do get back to us with your new username if you do not see your forms and we will manually move them.
I also traced your payment and found that you have not mentioned your account username (you don't have any). I have initiated the refund process for order #S-23H7442262980114P. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account. If you need you can upgrade your account again and ensure that you mention your account username while making the subscription payment.
