    Jotform Jumping after Submit

Asked by kimmckayed on July 02, 2014 at 11:57 AM

    Hello Jotform,

Can you please help me figure out how to stop the page jumping after submission here?

     http://poconsolie.businesscatalyst.com/news.html

I've tried injecting the CSS .form-line {display:block;} on the form but it's not happening yet the page still jumps, it seemed to resolve the issue on a separate thread here http://www.jotform.com/answers/102889-Submit-Button-Jumps-to-Top-of-Page?entrymessage=10732640770

Client isn't happy with the solution but I'd rather stick with Jotform so if you can help it would be great.

    Many thanks,

    Kim

    Hello Kim,

I did test check your web page where you have your form embedded. It seems to work as expected in chrome but in firefox once the submit button is clicked, before displaying the thank you message page scroll to top. Is that the issue you are having?

Please use the following form embed code to embed your form in your web page and that should solve your problem:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/41742726381961" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
