We have ordered and paid for your licence yesterday. We received the confirmation email (
https://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/order/invoice/INT140701-9362-12309), however I didn`t get any account information (login, password). The account should be registered with my email – firstname.lastname@example.org, but it doesn`t work when i try to resend it. I need to use the account ASAP, so can you please check and let me know how can I log in to the account and finally start working? If I don`t have the login tmr the latest you are causing me a lot of trouble, so please send me the info ASAP.

I show the email you entered to be associated with a guest account and not a registered one:
I do show that you have purchased an "Economy" level subscription but it is not associated with a username. If you would please register an account with Jotform and let us know the username, we will be happy to transfer your subscription to the registered account and you will be able to use your upgraded account immediately after. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
