How to calculate total based on selected items

I want to have the user select to reserve different rooms in our building. Each has a different cost. How do I do that and calculate total

Your solution with a form Payment Tool looks great. The calculated total can be forwarded to online payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Authorize.Net, Stripe, etc.) or just stored with a Purchase Order.
