I'm looking to embed a Purchase order form on my website that will allow customers to input their order and submit it.
I will need to receive an email when they submit it and maybe also send them a copy. The fields for the purchase order are pretty simple as you can see in the attached image.
Can this be done?

The table layout you have posted is pretty different from our purchase order default layout, but I believe they all do the same function.
Purchase order tool can be found under Payment Tools when you edit your form in the form builder. Just drag it to your form and create the products you want along with its quantities and many other options.
