Thank you for using JotForm.
I've tried replicating your issue on our end and it seems that both your notification and auto-responders are working just fine. I've attached below some screenshots of what I've seen.
First is your Notification. I've used firstname.lastname@example.org as your user and your email address is jotform******@******.com and it works fine.
Next is your Auto Responder. Your email address is sudetsol****** and your user's email address is j*******mail.com.
Even when replying to the notification, I still get a correct result.
Hope this helps. If you have further issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us again.

noticed that the bug still exsisting using directly
but inderdeed on iphone and outlook and windows live en win express
it does handle the script just fine
very strange- does gmail itself read it wrong then?
however. most of the time i use the iphone or windows live to
handle those forms, but the testing was directly in gmail
send you the pics

What is interesting is that in the screenshot you took it shows the sender email correctly.

the picture isnt though, maybe the dutch translation is difficult
like i said it is working fine in windows live, outlook, oulook express these are
the ones i tested also
only g-mail makes the error
like the screenshot shows - made some other testing in gmail
and found out that is was due to the labeling of the mails, it mixed
all up . So when there are prelaballed mails it does the error
when the labbeling comes after it works fine
a strange bug in google mail
it doesn t matter anymore because i m gonna use the app very likely in a pro version
now it is running on two restaurants of me, and there is a start up for more restaurants
so i need the script hardly because the php is well written ant doesnt conflict with other cms systems
ps is there a possibility to fetch the msql data for other purposes
or is it only possible whan the app is bought and run on own servers?
It s difficult to explein by mail but it is for a further project
we are doing >> invoince gathering >>> automation etc troughout your datagethering script
