I've just now upgrade jotform on a monthly basis, using a credit card, but we only want to use it for 6 months, so how can we cancel it?

    When you are ready to cancel your account, simply downgrade it to a free account.  Here is how to do so:

    1. Click on the icon found on the upper right part of the screen if logged in on your JotForm account.

    2. Click Account

    3. Select Billing

    4. Click Switch Plan under Starter Kit

    That will downgrade your account back to a "Free" account and cancel your subscription.  You will still retain your account benefits until the end of your paid period.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.
