Form data to XML / ADF format

Is there a way that I can have the leads converted to XML and then email them automatically ???

Basically, I am using a CRM to collect all the forms the  CRM can only receive forms in an XML/ADF format.  I need all the forms to be emailed to the CRM in that format.
