We're sorry to hear that. But, we are not tasked to deleted forms without any request from the user. I believe your forms are not deleted, but only temporarily disabled. You may have reached your account limits. It's activated again because the limits resets to zero for this month.
What is your account username? Please let us know and we'll check your account status. You are currently logged in using a guest account.
