Sales force Integration on checkboxesAsked by ieinbar on July 04, 2014 at 05:44 PM
I understand that your Sales Force integration app works for textboxes. I wanted to know how the integration works for checkboxes, defaults (such as yes or no).
In addition, if a client enters his email address to one of your forms on my site and he already has an account in Sales Force, does the system identify that the client's email exists in the Sales Force database or that the client has an account there and just adds the additional information to the client's account or will it create a new account therefore a duplicate?
With regards to the checkboxes question, I suggest you check the discussion on this thread also as it was answered correctly there.

* Use web forms to update (upsert) existing records in Salesforce
-Unfortunately, re-submitting form data or submitting the same information to the form doesn't not update existing records to Salesforce. It would appear as a new lead, contact or account.
