Salesforce integration updating an existing contact on submission

Is it possible to update an exisiting salesforce contacts' details through jotform by submitting a jotform that has matching fields such as name, email address and mobile number, as well as new information that I would like to update in the coattails details in salesforce?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

When you're setting up the Salesforce integration, what you'll want to do at the bottom is select the checkbox Update if an existing record is found. Then you'll select the fields that need to match for it to update. Then if the information matches those fields instead of creating a new record it'll update the existing one.
