    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Before I go to the solution to your inquiry, I would like to remind you first on your form https://www.jotform.com/40316711146142  that is being used to capture credit card account details

This is considered an account phishing type of form and is in direct violation of

JotForm's Terms Of Use  . As stated in this clause

Phishing You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, show content with child pornography, make login forms to steal user credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately

I highly suggest that you remove this form under your account or revised it and removed all of the questions that ask for Credit Card information.

You can instead use the Payment Tools integration on your form if you require payments and CC account details.

If you do not comply to this as soon as possible, the chance that the phishing filter will suspend the form and your account is most like to happen immediately.

    On to your question.

That is actually not a credit card expiration field, but a Date Picker field.

You can use the "Year From" and "Year To" property range of the field to customize the year range. See screenshot below

in my sample I have set it from 2011-2020. Here is how it looks in actual
