Incorrect Text Field on Submitted Form

    Hi,

    I had cloned an earlier copy of my order form to create an updated copy, but the old text still appears on submissions. For instance, I do pet portraits and I had "Bust Portrait" and "Full Body Portrait" in the fields, but on the updated cloned form, I changed it to "Portrait Drawing" and "Portrait Painting". When a client sends in the form, "Bust Portrait" and "Full Body Portrait" still appear. 

    I have deleted the collapsed element and put in a new one, but once submitted, the forms still have the old form's text.

    Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Char,

    You must update your form notification as well since it does not auto-update when customized. Or you can recreate your form notification so it takes all the changes made to the form.

    Here's how,

    to delete form notification

    create another form notification
