Hi there,
I use JotForm cuz it is really a good service without doubt. I could almost customize the form by myself.
Can I send email just like what I do in the auto-responder? After I finished collecting the submissions, I want to send email to everyone submitted my form. But I found that I could only send email separately to people. May I use variables in the form and then I don't need to send emails one by one?
This is not a question about email-alert. This is about sending after-sbumission email. Thank you for your time.
Here is the sample:
To: {email}
From: (my own email address)Dear {name},
Thank you for submitting the form. Your can still edit your submissions with the link: {edit_link}

Yes you can do that, you can create an autoresponder, so people who submitted your form will get a email confirmation. Please take a look at this guide: "Creating a Form Autoresponder". You can remove variables, and customize it as you want to, also, you can add an edit link:
