I use a widget that provides considerable use to your product/service for me. It is called "configurable list". It has seemed to stop working overnight. I was just about to start subscribing to your service because of how much use your product has for me but if that widget remains broken then it will be of no use for me. The problem that is occurring is the button to add a list doesn't appear. Please let me know your outcome, thank you.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Are you having trouble with your form "RZR Scout POS Tool"? I did test your form and it seems to be working as expected. The "Save" button of your "Configurable List" widget does gets displayed and it also adds the record. Please check the screenshot below:
Have you embedded your form in your web page where the "Save" button is not being displaed? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look.

-I was messing around trying to figure out a work around for the form to still be usable what you were seeing is not the original issue. I will link you a screen shot of what it should look like.
The "Click to Add POS Info" & Click to Add SOV Info" buttons are not appearing properly anymore.

Were you able to resolve the issue yourself? I did check your form again the "Configuration List" widget seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:
Is it not working as expected? Was it working differently earlier? Please be noted that if you want one row to be visible by default, you can set the "Minimal Rows" property of your widget to "1". Please check the screenshot below:
