Notifier and Autoresponder templates: change subject and logo - allow form field updates automatically

I have read through the numerous forum threads on this subject. When I create email responders I need the subject to be descriptive (eg. ABCD: Registration 01: Coastal Trip: {name}) and to replace the Jotform logo (preferably with just a text heading). I understand that if I do this then from that point on any new fields or changes to existing field 'labels' will not be reflected in my responder emails.

Is there any way to do this without thereafter having to edit a form and every responder email template? Currently after editing the form I have to edit the notifiers and the autoresponders. Even if I delete and create a new responder to incorporate the form changes/additions I'd still have to edit each one to once again add a descriptive subject and header where the Jotform logo appears.

    Hello owdd,

Unfortunately no. If you edit your email alert, it becomes dirty. If you make any changes to your form, you will have to update your notification email alert as well.

When you delete your email alert and add a new one, It will have all the form fields but again you will have to change the logo and add header information as per requirement.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround available for this. You will have to do the changes manually.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
