Number input mask

how can I set it in a way of 3 numbers  --- 2 numbers ---4 numbers

You can use "Input Mask" property to set it they way you want your users to input numbers. Your input mask should be added as "###-##-####" which will ensure that user input numbers in the above format. Please check the screenshot below:
