Submit won't send emails to my designated address.

    Hi there I used your regsitration form with a submit online with waiver etc. However when I test ran it via my wix site, when i hit submit, i received no emails. Is there something i am missing? thanks Gerry

    I checked our logs and found that there is an error in your SMTP settings on your email notification. 

    Current Server: /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[08/Jul/2014:09:14:14 -0400] NoUserName SendMail to from Last-Form-ID : IP : Form-ID: 41877004716355

    Please try removing the SMTP settings and adding them back again - that should do the trick. 

    Please follow this guide to accomplish this.
