Problem the configurable list widget?

My form have the problem of not showing the configurable list widget's add button some times and not saving the submitted data in the list when i click the back browser

So if I am understanding you correct you are filling the form out, submitting it, then clicking the back button on the browser to go back to the form? Did I get that right? Or?

I am relatively certain that isn't going to work if that is the case. That is like pressing the reset button on your video game with no save an expecting to return to the same spot you were last playing at in example. Upon doing so you are actually rewinding your form before the submit took place so it is basically as if you have pressed a form reset button to the point where your widget will reset itself and start over again.

If you are trying to see it again with the same data I would advise using the edit link on your thank you page or your email notification which would allow you to better to return to the same submission point. If I've misunderstood you then please share with us the form you are using so we can check it.
