How can I change/add purchases without them having to make a whole new submission?

I would like to know further information on editing my submissions. I am able to edit my customers information but cannot edit the items purchased. How can I change/add purchases without them having to make a whole new submission?

In that involves a payment (i.e Paypal), there is no way you can edit the product items that was selected from the form. This is because an actual payment process is required for the selected product items. It's either you will refund the order and ask them to resubmit to the form with all the required changes OR, use our Purchase Order tool. But note that with Purchase Order, there is no payment required after submitting the form as you will have to designate which payment method you would like the customer to pay.
