I'm receiving blank submission emails. The forms are getting emailed to me upon submission, but they're showing up with just the blank original template questions, not even my customized fields. Please let me know how to fix, as I will have to resend it asap. This form was sent over email, and not on the website.

Usually, the reason for this is the Notification Email have failed to update with the form's existing fields after too many updates/modifications done on the form.
This can be easily resolved by just adding a fresh Email Notifier to make sure the form fields are all updated to the email.
Follow this user guide to add new Email Notifier.
Please inform us if issue persist.
